He moved to Austin, Texas in 1979 and established Dependable Window Cleaning Service, providing commercial service to store fronts and buildings.
While servicing a commercial client (a beauty salon in Lakeway, Texas) several ladies asked Don to do their homes. They referred him to their friends, boasting about the quality and trustworthy service he provides.
Over the next few years Don phased out his commercial clients and developed strictly residential clientele. He discovered that his specialty is providing personable, friendly service to residents and homeowners.
